- I am looking for a local distributor
We will happily refer you to our partners that are able to service your local area. Please send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us where you are located, and we will provide you with a list. If you happen to be in a more remote area without a safety supply retailer around, please place your order through our online store and we will arrange to ship it out to you.
- Can I return my order?
All of our safety signs are manufactured by Print on Demand format, meaning that we do not inventory prefabricated signs. Your signs are printed for your order and as a result these are nonreturnable.
Items such as frames or stands may be returned so long as they have not been used, are in like new condition (including packaging) and you have obtained a RA# from DPI Canada prior to shipping. RA#’s must be requested within 5 business days of receipt of your order and shipped back prepaid within 3 days after that.
Once the returned product has been received by DPI Canada, it will be fully inspected, and you will be notified about your return status. All returned products are subject to a 25% cleaning/restocking fee. DPI Canada is not responsible for any product lost or damaged by couriers in the return process, if this should happen, it is your responsibility to process a claim with your courier and the matter will be considered closed on our end.
- Can I order a custom sign?
You certainly can order a custom sign through DPI Canada. Just scroll back up to the top of the page and click on the word CUSTOM in the top bar, it will take you to the page to walk you through the process.
- How quickly will my order ship?
Stock products typically ship in 2 business days, with custom items shipping in 3-4 business days (after approved artwork has been signed off).
