Colour Proof Emailed to You
A full colour pdf proof will be emailed to you with a quote and production date.
Please ensure proof is correct; any errors or omissions are the responsibility of the customer.
Approve Proof & Send Payment
Customer approves design and sends payment.
Email DPI Canada confirmed file with the following information:
- Material
- Single or double-sided
- Quantity
- Shipping instructions
Order Produced & Shipped to You
Order is produced and shipped to you.
You will receive a confirmation email no later than the next business day confirming receipt of your job and the expected completion date/time (normally 2 business days).

Custom signs are non-refundable, this product was made specifically for you and your needs.
All custom signs will receive the first layout free, further modifications may be subject to additional design time fees that would be disclosed prior to commencing further work.
