Shipping Policy

WHY ARE THERE NO COURIERS LISTED FOR SHIPPING?

In order to keep our prices as competitive as possible, we prefer to have your couriers deliver your packages.  You will have accounts established with the courier of your choice and will result in lower rates for you. This also avoids any situations for our more remote clients that may not be serviced by certain providers.

In the comments portion of the shopping cart, just note the courier name, your account number and the service level desired (overnight, 2 business days, etc.).

 

HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Stock layouts/designs typically ship in 24-48 hours, with custom items shipping in 72-hours (after approved artwork has been signed off).

 

Return Policy

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY ON SIGNS & BANNERS?

All sign & banner sales are final and we do not accept returns.

We are a custom producer of signs.  As a result we do not inventory finished product, but rather manufacture it on demand.  Should you have a product that has failed or was not produced to original specifications or industry standards, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss the possibilities to rectify the situation.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY ON OTHER ITEMS?

If you need to return any stock product, please call for a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns must be received by DPI Canada within 10 days of issuance of RMA number and must be in “like new” condition with all packaging intact. A 20% restocking fee will apply. Custom items are not returnable. Items should be returned, with RMA number notated on outside of the box, to our Kelowna, BC manufacturing facility.
